0% Unemployment: In dialog with AI! We have taken a close look at the social fear of unemployment caused by artificial intelligence and envisioned a hopeful future scenario — as an alternative to the current debate.
Our AI platform is the key to this future. It promotes lifelong learning, provides individual support in current life situations, and facilitates professional development. As an intelligent job board, it integrates not only resumes but also personal experiences, evolving interests, and a focus on socially essential job fields. This helps people discover new jobs, unlock their potential, and actively contribute to society.
Instead of destroying jobs, artificial intelligence can reshape the world of work and unlock human potential. Routine activities are automated, allowing people to focus on creative, social, and meaningful activities. Education systems adapt flexibly, enabling lifelong learning and easing transitions into new professions.
The productivity gains from AI can be used to shorten working hours or finance a universal basic income, ensuring no one has to fear for their livelihood. In such a future, humans and machines collaborate to tackle societal challenges — for a world in which work is not a constraint, but a choice.
